The Nike SB Orange Label Bruin Shoes are part of a limited release designed to empower the #supportyourlocalskateshop initiative, giving finite numbers of shoes to a restricted few independent skate-stores within the UK and US.

Crafted from premium materials, the Nike SB Orange Label Bruin Shoes offer the best in both style with modern functional updates. The body uses full leather for the crisp white upper, accented by detailing running down the length of the lacing unit and complemented by tonal white stitching throughout. The lateral panels feature an embroidered mini-Swoosh in black, which is highlighted by the black, angled Nike SB logo on the woven tongue label. The minimalist design is completed by a ‘Nike’ spellout embroidered at the heel and the monochromatic colourway is brought together by a gum midsole and flashes of safety orange on the metal aglets.

Despite a no-nonsense look, the Orange Label bruin packs a heavy punch with its functional details which have been improved for 2019. Primarily the herringbone detailing on the outsole and midsole offer multidirectional tread without impacting on boardfeel, which is additionally improved through the auxetic shaping on the midsole. The Zoom Air unit in the sockliner improves impact cushioning while skating as well as comfort off the board, which is added to by exposed foam on the tongue.

The Orange Label collection draws inspiration from Nike SB’s rich heritage, where the colour orange was dominant in designs throughout 2002 (the year of some of their best releases including the first Supreme collaboration), as well as appearing on their first block-coloured shoe box.
