Converse CTAS Pro Hi Shoes
An eye-catching finish has been given to the iconic Converse CTAS Pro Hi Shoe silhouette as part of the spring skate 2019 release. Seen here in a field surplus colourway, the uppers are built from suede with an all-over repeat leopard design. On the inner panels, a circular Chuck Taylor patch complements the rest of the design and reveals the black background. The tongue has been left un-printed and features an embossed Converse Cons logo, cotton laces flow across the front, looping in between silver metal eyelets. On the inner edge of the ankle a bright orange leather lining increases comfort further.
Contrasting to the khaki uppers, a bright white curved rubber toe cap provides a tough, durable edge and sits upon a rubber outsole and black foxing tape lines. A Nike Air Unit has been added within the heel alongside an Ortholite insole, resulting in a cushioned, supportive fit. Finished with a brown tread design, this model looks to the original 1917 design for inspiration whilst bringing in new finishes and features.
